Business calculators cover the operational math that founders, finance teams, and SaaS operators run every week: unit economics, working capital, accounting ratios, and the SaaS-specific metrics that decide whether a recurring-revenue business is growing healthily or burning cash. We've focused on the calculations most likely to be needed in a board deck, an investor update, or a quick gut-check before a pricing change.

The profit margin, contribution margin, and cash flow calculators are the core P&L tools. COGS, inventory turnover, and working capital calculators support the balance-sheet side. The burn rate and runway calculators are particularly valuable for early-stage companies — they convert "cash in the bank" into "months until we need to raise" given the current spend trajectory.

SaaS metrics get their own family of calculators: ARR / MRR growth, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), payback period, churn rate, and the LTV/CAC ratio that VCs use to assess sales efficiency. The SaaS revenue projection calculator combines new ARR, expansion, contraction, and churn assumptions to forecast next-quarter ARR.

Mileage rates are updated each year when the IRS publishes Notice. Ratios and metrics are estimates for planning; for audited financials, board reporting, or investor due diligence, work with a CPA or controller who can validate the inputs against your actual ledger.
